Carrots with Sage and Rosemary Recipe

Hey all!

Let me give you a basic vegetable to try this time!  Lets go with one of my carrot baby food recipes!  Sawyer enjoyed it but not one of his favorites.

1 lb. baby carrots
5 sage leaves (I used fresh)
1 sprig of rosemary (1 tsp. dry)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Water to cover carrots

Add everything into a large pot, cook on medium-low for about 20 minutes or till carrots are tender.  I always like to let the food cool for a bit, maybe 5 minutes or so.  Then like in the other recipes add carrots and herbs to the food processor with just a tad of the water from the pot to start with, then gradually add more as needed for smoothness of the carrots.  As always purée away!
